Hrmm yeah

Poisoning and running is not BM imo-
Running itself is BM. Any time you're overtly avoiding contact with your opponent its going to be BM, whether they're poisoned or not

But thankfully, if any build was ever able to tank out your opponent while they're poisoned, this is it. Virtually every time I duel a BvC, it ends with the BvC whirling around me as I chuck furies while sidestepping- no more teleporting from either of us.
But hey, its more or less a non-issue since most people who get poisoned will be drained to 1 hp within a matter of seconds, so theres no real chance to def-whore or l8z anyway

So yeah, people can always misuse it to bm, but I spose thats true of any build =/



Poison damage is always overwritten by any poison which deals more DPS, and since poison charms deal so little and plague deals so much, the instant a plague hits, it totally ignores your poison charms and does its normal bit.
So it won't interfere with plague javelin, but once plague hits, it won't do anything either (the psn charm is effectively dead). Interestingly, if you actually manage to hit your opponent with the physical javelin itself on plague javelin (not the cloud), it will include the poison on your charms for a slight bonus over the full duration of the plague javelin. Thats a glitch thats exploitable if you have venom on more than charms (since venom deals far more DPS than scs), but its very rare because you'd have to hit them with the javelin itself, which uses attack rating checks and whatnot (and the javelin throwing skills as well as fire/cold/etc arrow skills on amazons do NOT actually add the listed +% attack rating, due to a glitch, in fact no ranged skill except double throw does)

But on the other hand, a 451 poison charm while useless versus everyone else, is quite handy against defensive ES sorcs, since you'll be able to hit them with multi or ga spam quite easily. But ES sorcs are incredibly easy duels anyway thanks to plague + CS.
So I wouldn't recommend using any poison charms at all.

Ah you know, I've forgotten to put a merc gear section, or pvm at all.
One of the nice perks about the damach zon is that without even needing to respec, its got the right gears & skills to be ridiculously good at PvM, too. Very fast tele and wipe mobs with one hit.

A good merc setup is usually holy freeze with:
Infinity
CoA (Ber + Um, or 2x Ber)
G-angel (Vex, or Ber)


Anyways, my damach zon can do full chaos, shenk, eldritch, and nihlithak, all before a normal baal bot will reach baal (usually in time to reach the last wave)
Now mind, if you really wanted to level it up, it would be wise to respec to remove your D/A/E, because those really gimp you in PvM.
Mind you lose valkyrie doing this, which is useful to keep your merc alive, but with the extra CS synergy it pays off nicely, and you can respec back to normal when you're done. Good use of tokens.

But imo, it runs even better than a pure pvm CS zon- because the plague java and switch fanat + garrow (fanat greatly helping merc, remember) makes it real boss.
Theres lots of unbreakable light immunes in chaos (pretty much any of the 3 minibosses with lightning enchanted), and being able to take them out with either LF, Garrow + telestomp merc, or plague, really helps a ton



So yeah, its a PvP build, but it shines nicely in PvM too
