Try leveling higher.
Not only will this increase the ar you get from fools, but also all ar/def rolls have a clvl vs clvl clause, meaning the higher level you are than your opponent, the more of an ar bonus you get and a def% penalty your opponent gets, and likewise the advantage defending against ar/def roll based attacks when defending. So level up into the mid-90s and you should have an easier time hitting players, the lower their level the more of a bonus you have.

But if you don't play with amu fcr.. and ring fcr ar .. it's more good to have angelic ring an amu (for bonus AR 144-1188)

This seems inconsistent to me. You claim that you don't mention CoA because you don't want people to become lazy and be content with something that is not 100% ideal, while at the same time, you don't mention warfist + ferals because it is too hard to get. Also, I'm not so sure lazyness is really the issue here. Item availability is the issue, and unless a proper circlet can be found, CoA is a very good (or better) alternative. In my opinion, even you don't have the proper circlet to make the shide build better than a CoA build. You may call someone lazy for not getting the circlet build, but I call someone foolish for neglecting CoA and using the circlet + shide build without the proper circlet.

in my opinion someone like yourself who suggested wrist sword chaos as a weapon should not be getting smart ass towards me about sins.

1) coa is ugly
2) coa forces you to use a 20fcr ammy, you wont be able to switch off. and IF you decide to use coa you will need a 2sin/20fcr/str ammy - so you may be short on life/res etc...
3) coa makes your lose 1 to sins and also 1 to venom/block/mastery/shadow/fade/mindblast
4) coa has no life (or a max of ~40life)
5) have you also noticed that people who actually play sins also agree with me that coa isnt the best choice? do some clear research to why circlet > coa before you reply.

coa build is awful

imo the bolded part is more rare than a 2 sin / 20 fcr circlet. And a 2 os 30/31 CoA is probably more expensive than a plain 2 sin / 20 fcr circlet.

Overall: circlet is cheaper and easier to find than CoA + 2/20 ammy.

Why are you so venomously opposed to coa? "Have you noticed that people who actually play sins..agree..that coa [while not being the best choice if you have a completely amazing 2 soc circlet, is very far from being a bad choice, and depending on the items available to you is in fact, better than a circlet in some setups]"?
