Yeah could do Lacerator + Demon Limb on swap but Lacerator just requires you to spend way too much time out of the 450gf sword setup to be good.

Ah I misunderstood your post. I assumed your maxroll build had 2x babas on switch, didn't see it was gavel still. What I had meant was, if you're too lazy to use/rep gavel, you can 1h lacerator/lawbringer + 6x lem. Then hit the council a few times to proc for merc, then switch to 2x babas.

Nah I just want a good 1H to partner with Demon Limb on swap. Maybe 1H lac + 6Lems will do the trick and ditch Limb entirely, with the kill setup being 6Lems + Beast OH.

Just meme builds.

yea i keep retesting and keep remembering why i dont use lacerator - tiny amp radius and still sorta clunky to use. not to mention you still have to HIT to proc, and I lack the AR from mastery.

Yeah. It's just never good :(

I'm trying to find a setup that can somehow match Gavel's speed or gold/hour (accounting for repairs etc.) and I keep coming short. The closest I get is an insane Lem/Beast setup + spellsteel swap, using Battle Cry as default + Decrepify on tight clumps or vs Phys Immune.

Technically frees Tele from the amulet/circlet, and you have less hefty repairs than Limb/Gavel, and you also technically log out a bit faster each run.

Can reach pretty silly hit #s with Beast but I still can't beat my Gavel speeds/gold returns.

i've also tried spellstell, the decrep radius is even smaller. but it's a qol change since it holds a lot more charges.

i wonder if in 2.4 if a throwbarb with pierce + double throw lacerator can proc amp consistently enough. might accidentally kill some council without the GF swap though.

Testing a Beast setup rn. Works really well imo. On a side note loot has been crazy this week. 3 hrs and ~2k fg worth of items. Anyone else been getting lucky lately?

Yeah man. I had a terrible month before that. Just gotta keep it up. I found that testing different setups keeps it interesting for me, and I don't get burnt out that fast.
