well... a 12 frame tele is obviously hard to catch up to... except when your using any sorc/pala/barb/druid/sin/nec. Throw in some poison res, and then the zon is relying alot on some of that physical damage she is dealing.

99 FCR zon = 1 frame slower than 65 FCR assassin

Catching a defwhore tele zon isn't easy.
More accurately, catching and hitting a defwhore tele zon isn't easy.

There's a lot you can do to avoid stuff rather than holding down teleport though, half those characters described shoot projectiles in a straight line (nec sorc sin, although the nec can prison it's still pretty stupid) so smart use of zig-zag walks/semi-circle walks combined with teleport will make the zon rather evasive, not to mention they're very durable in the first place. barbs should really not be difficult, it's really easy to walk out of ww locks on a zon to the point where it's pretty lame. I can't see it effecting druids much, though. The hit and run play style is all the room they need to resummon protection without feeling pressured.

and why will you need to rely on physical damage? there have been plenty of barbs who always wait for the 8 second duration of open wounds to finish before going in for another triwhirl, it's free damage and it works.

I know how to use a zon very well, both tele and not tele. But i also know how to catch up to them very well also, and also have very good first hand experience to tell you that it is not that hard to catch up to them. The thing that keeps them alive is the d/a/e, so catching up to zon isnt the problem, its landing the hit.

and 1-2k physical damage mixed with crit is by no means weak.

catching is easy.

catching and hitting is not... which is where a zons advantages come in. If it was easy to hit them, they would suck seeing their tanking abilities arent up to par compared to a sorc or pally.

Thanks for proving you're an idiot, I don't feel the need to discuss this with you.

Are you seriously comparing a zons tanking skills as good? Its their d/a/e combined with somewhat good tanking that makes them tank like they can. Without d/a/e, they wouldnt tank nearly as much.

The reality is they have that D/A/E. That's like saying a Sorc without ES wouldn't tank nearly as much.

It's not hard to catch up to them, it's hard to land a hit, chain all you want if you don't do it well there's no point. D/A/E isn't what keeps them alive?... it just helps.

I know that phys damage is not weak, I'm saying that if you have the free damage from poison, you may as well utilise it. My example (a BvC) hits MUCH more phys damage than this zon does and even just bleeding them can be handy since it's damage without putting yourself in danger.

The poison does not go as fast as say a rabie druid or psn nec. So running 24/7 is putting yourself in danger. That phys dmg will kill them faster, and if you know how to use a zon well, then you can combine attacks while running. The chance kb takes in effect and you possibly get them in fhr lock is very good defensive also.

I definitely would not want a 102 sin on my ass for a min or so while im waiting for that poison to kill them, I'm going to want to throw some more arrows in there to chip them away when I have the chance.

why not? You could easily wall camp vs a sin for 24 seconds, you just don't want to play gay enough to do so.

I'm not a fan of bm, plus, a 102 sin will definitely land a hit at some point.

It's not bm, it's just gay. yes, the sin will land hits, but LS has low damage.
