i think he means that, as u said, this community is really childish and its hard to guess who takes himself for serious or not.. who think he's really a god coz he own randoms in pubs

If that is what he means, i don't understand what irony has got to do with randoms and childness. Randoms = everyone kows what that is i presume so i won't explain that. Childness is when you are acting in a non-mature way saying things like "idiot dickhead" etc etc in games, spaming mass text and overall acting very low age stylish. Your explanation of his statement is still confusing and has no understanding to it.
