i used that long ago on my trappper, 105fcr max block, trap spped,max res that was nice, but after i've made c/c trapper,
i can tell c/c >weapons/shield vs everything except few things like chargers and good ww barbs maybe bowzones too (still u have alot more life)

What Tiara is best of these two:

Tiara # 1
2 Assassin Skills
10% Faster Cast Rate
27 Strenght
10 Energy
61 Mana

Tiara # 2
2 Assassin Skills
20% Faster Cast Rate
7 Maximum Damage
83 Mana
Damage Reduced By 4
1 Sockets

... If I use the first (# 1) tiara I must use 2x Fcr Rings... But is it worth it?
Or should I use the second (# 2) tiara and use 1x Fcr ring + Raven ? :S
I AM SOOOO CONFUSED!!!!
