Just wanted to post some zvz rules. The following are from the old d trades ladder. They were copied from the jsp ladder, but jsp allowed lightning bolt. The jsp ladder rules were based on pvpeast/dpk/d2gm rules at the time, along with opinions from amapk zons prior to patch .10.

No lightning skills
- No poison charms.
- Do not amp items.
- Using slow in any way versus an oppoenent that is affected by ias is not allowed.
- Do not use life tap items.
- Do not emit the holy freeze aura.
- Do not use charges from items.
- No teleporting.
- No hacking (scrolling, autoaiming, whatever)
- Life replenish is capped at twenty(20).
- Battle orders is allowed only if both players agree
