if you don`t want to spend anything versus PI monsters (vengeanc3e, conv+zeal) use a 2 hand passion in oyur 2nd slot and berserk

i`d use a trreachery instead of coh 45 ias, 15% damred, 62% prisma is very ncie
or a duress for the massive fhr that is very welcome
dracs is imho bad idea
if you watch out and play a bit caucious you won` t ever need them
they are a clutch helpful in situations you should have avoided from the start
raven + ll ring is enough ebcause zeal only costs 2 mana and attacks versus PI`s cannot benefit from ml
The leech from most stuff is the life leech, was funny with ~50 LL without tap ^^
and with zealer, I am more of an agressive type, I used to rush straight in, unless I saw some hard shit (fana+might combo in some bad mobs, so on), and thus the high LL was very usefull. the char was just something I came up fast with, just to get some fun
and on the armor thing, I got poor resis WITH CoH (with forti I had all negatives). Main reason was that my helm wasn't socked and I had pretty poor charms then (as sayd, it was just a funfun char) and thus, it would be a waste to get higher max res, when I got ~50 at best. and I've never been a big fan of treachery ;p can try though
