In your opinion which of these two setups looks more favorable?

2k life 3.5k mana 71% es
10 bliz 6.8k IB lvl 94

^ with es cta


v with regular cta but point in es

lvl 72es
6.4k ice blast 9.4k blizz
2.2k life and 3.5k mana

I tried to hit 2.5k life 3.5k mana, but couldn't manage it :-/ (so far only made on open). Are those good life/mana numbers to aim for? out of the two setups I listed it's basically a bit of damage vs a bit of life

i dont suggest maxing cold mastery and going the rest into glacial

its better to go half and half to hit 12k dmg with -180 cold res.

Also do you think a ber'd ss + coh is a suitable replacement for btals + faceted ss? Or is there a better option? For some reason even with a btal and gspurs I'm somewhat lacking in resistances :/

if ur using dr u proabbly arent dueling a caster and most druids are slow and easy to avoid,

id go with 60fcr vs melee 5/5 btals 5/5 SS would work fine, frosties sojs etc be around 4k+ mana 2k+life with 10x 1570

and if ur res is shit with coh SS you can allways use Umed SS for 22 more res all

Well I would like to keep a consistent vs-all setup (I hate switching from vs casters to vs barbs to vs this to that and so on). My general setup is going with what bryce here recommends. 63 bp, max block. But with only 70-75% es is it wise to invest that much more into mana than it is life?

i have my pure blizzer.. she's the best if u can control her and aim right. i can't for 100% yet, so it hapen quite often that i die when duelling a sorc.. my dmg is 16 k (will have higher when buying a perfect nw and putting 5'5 rbf in my ormus.. near 18k,.. so i kill the most chars in one hit.. not barbs tough, but they die in like 2-3. i have never met any who can absorb my dmg ecept from 95% es sorcs, but after a few hits their es is gone and they are dead.

sumary: the main prob is u cant take many hits. You lack in resist and block. You need to be very skilled in aiming and teleporting around, but when u learn you will own everyone.. to make it easy: you kill everything in one hit, and u get killed in one hit

no.. i have 7xx mana already and that is enough couse i dont use any es.. i need as much life as possible

So you do only have 2.5k life? How do I have as much as you with max block and with 60/40 vita/mana?

well, maybe u have coldskillers with high life? or just higher lvl, im 87.., my eq is nw, df, ormus, spirit, maras, arachnid, trang gloves, waterwalk, 2 bk, bo lvl 17.. dont have much life sc, more resist charms
