Okay... Erm. Go to the forums section. Then look in information and finally into getting started. It has the instructions there. Also look at cube recipies. You may need to use a couple of them, but most of the items are sold in shops / dropped by killing the character in the portal.

EDIT:To level drink the potions then to get gear go into the act one portal and kill the monsters there.

I figured it out, now how do I level and get items? I have this hero editor from the site but can't figure out how to work it, lol

Erm... You don't use hero editor. As for leveling, you just drink the potions in your inventory and then go into the portal in town. Kill the character you want and the cow. That should give you most of the items and level to 99. As for the Tombreaver / other stuff, you'll need to use cube recipes and/or go to cold plains to kill some cows that drop all uniques.

Shapeshifter lifers can be shopped at Gheeds, but you'll have to reenter town a few times to do so. You can also cube them, which may be faster.
