Fireclaw cannot be blocked, except by Assassin's "Weapon Block". Even though it has attack rating the fire damage hits each time - the attack rating is for physical damage.
This is the same with all elemental attacks I think (Charged strike, rabies, etc..)

and what u said about ghosts (and quite a few others). you havent dueled a decent one. they totally have the advantage.
edit: im not ridin' on ur guide. it's nice. i never even thought about the war scythe 5range.

Maras is labeled under the other choices to use I guess it's kind of to each his own

Ghosts i've never had a problem with :/ have to ever tried wolf form vs them? it helps a whole lot with the fhr increase
