It's an INSANE modifier for HRs

And for some reason, i feel the council is tougher. Merc died 3 times yesterday ( Ok i wasn't really paying attention, was watching youtube ), but then it don't really happen previously considering that I have quite a customised setup for him

Gambled this literally like an hour after talking about merc circlets couple days ago. In testing, the 30frw isn't that impactful when you can telestomp scaredycat council. But I suppose if you're not using tele it would be pretty useful.

Trying now to determine whether to shael or cham this, and whether it's worth putting in a nice ias/dtd jewel.. Currently merc doesn't have any fhr elsewhere, so 20fhr would bring him from 16frames to 12 frames, which seems like a lot.

You can also run Enigma, which avoids repairing at all.

For the enigma variation, possible optimization: replace arach with a 10fcr/gf crafted belt, and get that +1 skill by replacing cube with another wc gc. this will give you exactly 1 space left over in case you find an hr.

If you find a good item, pick up on cursor and exit kek.

I keep trying to justify removing the cube no way though.
