yes, visionary is garbage mod and 20 dex ain't really that useable. and str is needed only if you use shadow dancers.

mass dex, 30 fhr, 2 shadow skills....what sin wouldn't use it?
i use on trapper and hybrid, no other substitute imo.
mods of importance to me would be: 2 sin, 20fcr, 2 open sockets, 30 str, 60 life, 20 res all, 30 frw, visionary, 20 dex.

the 30 str also gives you more options on what stats you can have on your ring (maybe life+ life rep instead of str+ life/life rep)

you don't need the dex on shide, and w/ coa build, you get stacked resists easily w/o any res on ammy...
there are better ammys than a shide.
2/20 w/ nice mods like mine,
or if you wanna do circ build, a very sexy opption is 2sin, 5-10 fcr, mass str, nice res all, then you can wear bk ring instead of fcr ring.

both those are better than shide imo.

and coa bumps you up to next fhr breakpoint, which is always useful, especially vs a bone nec.
