I think in fury vs fury that ebotdz (4 frame now by default) is nearly impossible to beat until you start attaining 50k fg erep Lo’d fools weapons. And in fury vs zeal or barb, the same goes for EDC. It’s 4 frame now. You can run it with Angelics and hit 81% ds with 40k+ ar easily. Eth Razor’s Edge is also an interesting alternative, and Eth Rune Master can potentially be better than EDC with the right setup.

Of course, grief phase is the best weapon possible at 3 frames, but it’s banned from all the good mannered melee ladders I know of.

very well spoke on the fury ias frames. yes the grief is banned also as i know of but i still tends to find fortitude a wierd acceptable armor / since it kinda does the difference also?... i can say from my experience botd ba like you said is the best on fury vs fury for sure. i dont know why but it is ^^ :) ty for making awesome post for pvp community

It’s the huge max damage hits you get with BotDz that make it work so well. Having high average damage or min is a great way to slam Paladins but Fury has too much life for that strategy.

Thanks :)

To be honest I’m really good at spreadsheet work but I don’t know how to make an easy web interface for it like other calcs may have.

No big deal, I think my battle simulator tool has a small userbase (even though all melee players can use it, they mostly don't know about it because they only play Zeal).

Also, I added life leech today. After extensive testing, we found that it is 1/10 effective in Normal. Doesn't do much, but can swing a couple % in some duels.

hey guys i'm doing my 1st Fury dudu WT here - https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=94290966&f=161
Havent played the shifter before and I need some advice on the build

Its a HC PvM build on D2R 2.4 - what would you recommend after maxing Werewolf, Lycanthropy and Fury? I was thinking Oak sage/Feral rage for better survivability in Hell
Or maybe Rabies/Creeper for another source of damage?

To be honest, spirits die pretty quickly. Grizzly will keep you a lot safer. But oak is a safe investment after. May as well slap a point in it along the way as well. Also a vine. Your merc will be dropping bodies that it can leech back life for you from.

Are Shapeshift gcs generally > max/ar/life?
