Imo should only buy possible unperm items from people with good history which is 50% and then you need to trust the seller which is other 50%

a lot of people would sell unperms..as perms like seriousy..funny story but

few days ago this kid pm me saying he's spirit poof it was like random roll like 28fcr/90 mana some bullshit. he cried about it how it poof im like wtf?

so i had to refund him lol.
