pb is better than ba for a smiter.

ba nice to have for a few specific situations but in general pb>ba

i dont see what else could fill those 6 slots.... after all i practically carry everything on my vt and i still have room:

sorb gear (all elements)
tap gear
fcr gear
revive gear
normal gear
fade etc....
even a sanc for slow missle bm if i have to

griffon/more res scs/more than one coa(coa ber/Lo + wisp >tgod), trang,dracs,cleg?

eh.... imo Lo + wisp is bm. rules allow 1 piece or either stack or sorb. thats both

trangs/dracs/clegs i dont like. plus if i take it off i have to wear a raven to keep the dex needed for my pb

griffs is nice but i carry a 2pally/20fcr/2soc/life circlet... which is better overall

no its not

tgods abses more than lo+wisp so i don't see your problem with it (if dmg is under 8k or something like that)

lo wisp is gm here at europe and I see no reason why it shouldnt be gm there too
it reduces assa's damage less than tg
