i tried myself plenty of sosos energy shield
and for blizzard the best is making 2.5k life and 3.5k mana with 75% energy shield and full on blizz dmg 15k

. you can't say that the best thing for a blizzard is partial es, since it blows. even pure vita > partial es..

Tried the build...
There is too much prebuff imo
...so i just carry +3 lite ammy, +3 es ormus, +9es mem, and +1lite gc

I hit 10k blizz....4.1k mana...1.3k life...pretty nice build

yes, ofc you can buff less, imo you must hit atleast 10k dmg and it's fine.
