offhand double hoto would be game changer. i run also meele ww gf barb with double hoto off hand. and tele and horking with such fcr is fking crazy awasome (at least fot those who are used to slow gavel tele barb :D)

I think my ultimate goal is 20 fcr helmet/17-20 fcr amulet with appropiate mods which puts me at the 37 FCR Bp

with the 24 fhr belt + 10 fhr boots I can hit that 27 BP for fhr

Yea, since my amu got only 8fcr, i need also fcr@belt.

Depends what you're doing, but shooting for a 37FCR setup by leaning on an amulet with +Barb/Tele/Goldfind is some self-harm levels of painful ISO.
My main amulet is 2Barb 9FCR 15@ 74GF and Teleport Charges. Technically that 15@ could've been an FCR roll, but the odds are insanely close to 0.

I feel like at that point I'd just use Enigma with a 2barb/20fcr/goldfind and call it a day, or stick to 20FCR.
I have like 3 amulets with 2barb/20FCR/75+ goldfind, but none of those with Tele ;_;

The build reaches 38 breakpoint on swap with 2x HOTO (57% success). Also would never run DPS without Cham, so the 3os Teleport Circlet has felt almost ideal (barring an impossible circlet with 2barb/20FCR/70+goldfind/2os/Teleport).

doubt ill ever get it. but i was merely comparing why i would prefer to have fhr on belt vs fcr

as you have shown here personally there are several easier ways to get fcr into this build.

we have roughly the same goals with this build except im using grief ba/runemaster 5x lem'd for my Cannot be frozen instead of cham into a helmet.

the clear speed is so similar i doubt it matters tbh; im also lazy when it comes to micromanagement thats why i sacrifice some "ideal" versions of this to make my life easier

for example on swap I would use hoto/demon limb just to prevent myself from having to pull demon limb out of inventory or cube every game

same reason i don't use gavel /w merc setup.

Yeah, that makes sense; I just use Infinity on my Merc to compensate for the loss of AR on Demon Limb swap, although Pride would work too. If it didn't randomly Freeze shit, I'd be using Pride.
I also have a very similar build that forsakes the off-hand Lem swords for Beast (Fana) which feels way faster. Just lose out on too much goldfind imo, even if it's phenomenal for pure MF versions.

If you're using Grief + Rune Master, my gut feeling is you should be using Faith on an A1 Merc, or something similar instead of an A2 Merc?
The attacks per second would remain the same as an offhand PB, if I remember correctly.

I havent considered switching my merc, but A1 merc may end up being better

I just use the same setup i havent switched anything from months ago - ebotd wp/fort/eth andy

Faith/coh/flickering flame + immolation a1 merc may be great as a1 once we have flickering or even a mist/coh/xx setup with ice arrow for 100% pierce and survivability; not that we really need it.

Generally what i do right now is my merc kills half and I can kill half, but i focus conviction aura and phys immune to prevent him dying, was also considering just switching to a more traditional gold merc with eth crown with this build

charm setup would use 3/20/10's instead of 5/10s and I would dump a little extra pts into natural resistance to counter that, but would have so much more damage

still hits 2k Gold / 200% Mf with no merc dependacy; so this is where we could definitely use A1 merc to speed it up even more.

this build also only has to dump 15 pts into strg, everything else goes into vita. which means we would probably have close to 6k health (5600 or so id imagine)

Yeah; that's my thinking, too. I don't like Merc dependency for DPS builds.

On A1 Merc Faith, if you wanna use a GG belt with Grief/Runemaster, you'd want a Phase Blade base to hit 9 frames.
Otherwise it's zAxe + Rune Master + Goldwrap.

The DPS build is way less efficient when the timer is at 50-60s, but it's capable of competing at 40s, and probably (?) better if there's no timer.
