1/ what in switch ? i guess Death Web sox RbF (as your picture) but + what ? spirit ? 20/20 JM(oD) ?

2/ lets say you infect some minion of a wind-druid. Then you do the switch-thing, switching back to your eTomb. Then the windy teles and get infected by his wolf.
do you need to switch again ?

20 oak ? It may be a mass amount of life.. but.. it's like dead in a hit.. and as a melee you wont tele and it'll die all the freaking time from Melee, all sorts of aoe, and ofc.. ranged attacks. *Casts*

I'd rather throw 1 point into oak, rest * Lycantrophy and avoid the loss of life?

precisely why +9 str in it ? you need enough strength to wear CoA berBer, so this +9str in Jalal only helps for +9%damage... you could get +30% instead.

or maybe there are simply no jewel with fhr/9dext/prisma/ed ?

no, the str is for equipping tombreaver while wearing fortitude....
