great guide but i agree with ppl...
---------dual wiz spikes r the best hands down for mana and fcr...
-------- couple hundred damage is nothing from hotos if ur mana runs out and u cant attack agreed?+ ur tele frame is slower
------------fcr and mana is key to barb success ( in addition to its natural crowd control [stun. scare away. weaken])
-------------- 2 hotos in switch keep ur bo hi so there isnt ne use for em at all but preference is what makes the game different yeah? peace

Not sure if it was mentioned, but would it be posible to combine this type of build with a open wounds suplier, like widow maker or even 1 point ww?
Since dmg seems to be the problem, you use a OW hit to trickel down the life of your target, while you use the FCR crybuild to move faster than most and to take out the last bit of life on the target when he is down enough?

I'm no expert but just thinking:
If ur only going for 105fcr bp, why not go for block anyway, although u have high life? It's just, with melee builds being the biggest issue here, blocking would be more then welcome no?
But hey, that's just me, i would prob go for 200 fcr just cuz i can MOEHAHA

I like both the 105% fcr setup and the 200% fcr setup

Depends what you are dueling

Against ww barbs you shouldnt even try a 200% setup its worthless they will just Ww out of it
Against sorcs 200%fcr is amazing

So really not about Which is better its about which is better for the moment

In team duels just weigh the odds what are there more barbs or more casters and make your choice(90% or so you will chose 200%fcr)Also remember your not a damage character your merely there too help the people with bad aim
