I've written it so many times: I saw what i saw. I was doing about 5600 max damage, and -ABOUT- 33% of Diablo's health dropped during one of my arrows' hit. I don't care how you work it out, because that is what i saw. As i've written many times too, -ABOUT- 33%. Maybe not EXACTLY 33%. Why you stick to 33% exactly is not my problem.

Seriously dude, don’t let Internet pplz get such a rise out of you. It’s an online forum for a 20-year-old game. There’s gonna be some oddities. I’ll concede that some comments made against your build/gear advice could have been more tactful... but, again, hell, this is the interwebz. If you’re trying to get everyone on JSP to be polite and respectful, I fear it is a losing battle.
