There really isn't much I would change. Over here we have a rare amulet called "armageddon slippers" that offers the following stats:

+2 pal skills
+20 str
+17 dex
+59life
+58mana
+20 all res

Its been calculated to provide the most overall hp boost. Not to mention the huge stat bonuses allowing for u to use COA.

Otherwise, the ring choice is all up to personal preference. Top vt's use frost+bk or dual bks. The latter providing more flexibility for a wisp/dwarf/fcr ring but less life.

Otherwise, the guide is dead on with what a vt requires. U can switch in a coa/spirit ST/arach or whatnot if ur dueling other classes or pubbing

Things i would have changed...
1 ) use arm slippers ( or equal) and put a maras in your inventory, get the best of both worlds.
2 ) Grief Z is a very nice W, you mentioned the advantage of rane but one thing you over look is that if you stat mb (136 dex) with dual ravens like many people do if you ever remove the raven for a wisp/nk/dwarf you can still use grief Z but you can with grief PB.
