In fact he can fhr lock you. Lets say 3.36539 seconds of smites w/o kb (yes i like to theorycraft like you ).
6 fpa means 4.16 attacks per second.
Result:The best part!
3.36539*4.16=13.48
smite dmg = 9000 ofc
9000/6=1500
1500*0.95es*0.75telekenisis = 1068.75 mana drained / 1 smite
3.36539*4.16=14 hit
14*1068.75=14962.5

so even if you wound me to 1 life, in 3 seconds i heal 3*15life=45life, so i can tank another hit again

and stil you needs 6 smites to instant kill me
you need luck to do 4 smites/sec, so sounds like i am pretty safe!
