If you wanna make a 1 hit ko char then make a botd warpiker, get as much ds as possible and use all dmg charms and pump str instead of vita, but use ww. You know, a skill that actually hits people.

I haven't been "corrected." I discussed. And that happened once? Maybe twice. And I appreciate those dicussions.
If you tried to get a ww barb to get that much damage, you would sacrifice so many other mods, that you would ultimately fail at duels. And even then you'd only be able to achieve the "one-hit" with using a sick amount of max damage charms. The leaper on the other hand, has an EXTREMELY high ed% skill, which makes one hitting very reachable.
The leaper also has a fun bonus, the leaping-over-attacks part, that adds a fun and new tactic of gameplay.
Finally, how many times have you seen a REAL leaper. One with maxed leap attack, high ar, and sick damage. I doubt ever. So the fact that you haven't seen it hit, is completely nulled.
