i was thinking about being a healer hybrid pally, any opinions from those w/ experience?

is it worth having a healing pally on the team?, is holy bolt not even allowed since it can do dmg to undead if not properlly aimed?

One of the paladins will be maxing cleansing, that I remember for sure.. no holy bolt usage or anything like that though.
