thats not how poison works in d2.
a 451 poison charm has more "DPS", bit rate, than a 175 charm, and more duration.
In 6 seconds, a 451 charm does more damage than a 175 charm, and in 12 seconds does twice that.

i remember this zon being posted under a different name..

This is the original build, the first two zons on east with this build were Rasheeda and Tg. Then some punk copied my zon, and even the name [resheeda].

Now east is swarming with half rate psn-tele zons, so I've come out of my proverbial retirement to remake this zon (as I no longer have this account, nor character).

I'm making slight variations in the new zon [lack of funds, lol], I'll post them if they work well.

I'm currently testing new alternative gear choices :]

Im aware of this. 451 will do more damage over time, but it takes twice the time to deal that damage. 175 does less in 6 sec than a 451 will do in 6 sec, but u only have to wait 6 sec for the 175's psn to stop. poison time doesnt stack, so u have to wait 12 seconds on 451 before u can effectively use more psn damage, where as u only need 6 seconds to wait to do more psn dmg on a 175. when ur arrows hit while the psn is doing damage, the only thing doing damage is the physical damage of the arrow.

also 175 has 20 life on it. 20x37 = 740 life. So if i use 175/20's instead of my 451's on my zon, ill have 2700-2800 life with no bo instead of 2k. Thats a moderately big difference.

175/20 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 451



I can show u my setup on dee two pee kay if u play, or i can just tell u the gear via pm. Its personally the best setup ive found for a zon like this.
Im also thinking of ways to throw trangs in the picture.

Erm, the +% poison damage from Trangs won't affect poison damage from charms when attacking with a bow

didnt think it would, ive never really tried it. It was just something bouncing in the back of my mind. The build using trangs wouldnt be as good as the one i got now anyways probably.


edit: scratch that, i just tried on d2 peekay, my zons bow dmg was 17k-19k with ias gloves, with trangs it was 21k-23k. Could be an on screen glitch, but i'd be willing to try it out.

your logic sucks imo

why do you think that landing, example, 2x 150 damage hits is better than landing one 400damage hit that takes double the time? or say, landing 2x 400damage hits but has time to do 200damage before other one resets the timer

You just cant say that 175>451 damage-wise, its not simply true.
