There are people that use these builds for very specific counter builds in fg wagers
Things like Damach or ZealSorc, they may not be good (all around)
But they are good to counter very specific builds
Just make sure you're 100% positive that you know what your opponent is bringing

Example: Stomping plague zons (played by someone who has great NLing skills)
Is extremely dangerous to a Bowa but doesn't do so well vs other classes
Where as the Bowa is much better all around vs those other classes but still dies horribley to a Tele/Plague

Some of these builds may not be well rounded enough to make it to rank #1 in a world ladder
But they certainly have their place in wagers

yes but why would the other person do a bet duel vs a character he has a massive disadvantage against?

he doesn't, it's blind when this happens

But wager sharking is a fine art
People generally multi when they do it
So someone has a random acct posting in legit duel forums, posting ISO: Wagers
And you let him get a few matches in and then PM those he's dueled and ask them what he uses

You then select from your repertoire of characters, the best possible character/setup to walk in and rip up his Dru/Nec w/e it happens to be that he favors
