So 30 ias Zerk and 20 on gloves can be enought, if i anderstood well. Otherwise, can you stack ias% ? I mean if your opponent has arach for instance, and you have Grief Ba 40ias and Gloves 20ias, does arach slow effect affect you? Or it is canceled by the fact you have 60% ias.

perhaps, but they have been reported to paparick nonetheless
