yes.
same as 20FCR vs 37FCR, etc.

20fcr imo is the baseline minimum "comfortable" speed.
you can just test it out with random FCR crap gear.

Just curious what is the #1 merc setup when not using gavel or demon limb? Is it still arioc/coh/andy or ebotd/fort/andy? Sometimes I just want to do lazy runs and don't feel like repairing.

Probably something with GFace and Reaper's Toll, which auto-applies Decrepify?
You lose some corpses, but it comes with built-in crit/life leech and a pseudo-Amp Damage
