Just to share a couple thoughts I think Mattd90 had mentioned, that if you can't live with 8 fpa, try shadow/diamond faith and you'll hit 7 fpa with 65 IAS, I have a shadow bow and a Great bow (which only needs 50 to hit 7fpa) works great for me. You can also tweak it and go with 5 frw/5 res scs (thats major source of resists that I got from), you can use other duped boots or legit boots with huge frw+resists+ stats and still do fine. I use 3/xx/20s and 5/5 scs and 1x 451 to have some sort of poison in the equation to make it worthwhile.
The point is...try tweaking it instead of complaining about the guide, try and discover something new instead of flaming this guide....
You can also turn yourself into a hybrid by stacking eth upd titans + Ss for a change. Or use rare high ed eth javas like I do and still do decently in game.
Smiters/BvCs are still kind of a problem though, but with practice, you'll be able to nail them down.

I took the basic idea of this build and tweaked it a bit to my liking. Just because you have cta + spirit, that dont mean u cant use titan + ss on a diff setup. What good would ss + titan do for u against a non physical caster? Things like sorc's necs hammers etc... those are what u need that extra boost in life for with cta.
The only chars that pose this zon a problem for me are gg mb windies, godly es/mb sorcs, godly smiters, and a the better ghosts and necs out there.
Ive taken down every char there is on d2, it just happens that those are the ones i lose to the most.
