Are you eligible for a kidney transplant? Like remove these and get just 1? Or is it an auto-immune where it wouldn't matter?

its auto-immune, kidney transplant is not a permanent fix

I've been doing REALLY well compared to other kidney disease patients. I've had it for exactly 16 years now, and through just controlling my diet, I've been able to really keep the worst parts of it at bay.

Yeah it does wonders for people with kidney disease. The mechanism of kidney disease is your own bodies immune system is attacking the organs because of an allergic reaction. The allergic reaction causes an inflammation that damages kidney tissue, and is always caused by an unknown agent in the food we consume. Once you get kidney disease it is never cured, and more and more children today are getting it.

I went on a 2 week fast before when my kidney disease was getting really bad. I was puffy all over the body and face because of water retention that my kidneys couldnt clean. After the fast, my hypertension blood pressure dropped from 150/100 to 120/80, the blood in my urine dissappeared, and the protein lvl in my urine dropped a lot as well.
All these bads things are back now, and its hard to be motivated to go on another fast :(

still .. 10 days seems like quite a stretch ..

but if youve done it before and it helped .. then dont mind me ..

seems like you could do less stressful things such as reduced certain elements from your diet one at a time ..

see if you can isolate problem foods ..

or just go on more frequent but shorter cleanse periods ..

rather than let the problem build up and do a drastic cleanse ..

i have chronic pancreatitis now because of my years of hard drinking ..

im quite certain that an auto immune disorder either is fully responsible for or complicates my pancreatitis causing flare ups ..

when i get sick and barely eat nething for several days my pancreas will clear up for a full couple months after that ..

my skin also gets dermatitis on my nose and scalp .. thats definately an auto immune condition .. it also clears up when i fast ..

but i dont think that drastic fasting is the answer ..

its just too much of a roller coaster for the body ..

Dermatitis can be auto immune but it is usually due to low moisture retention. I have really bad excema and it's due to the fact that my skin doesn't retain as much moisture as it should

I try to lead a normal life and not change things up too much. And fasting is actually really enjoyable once you get past the first 2-3 days (the hardest part). I feel more tranquil and clear after those first irritable days. Its an amazing feeling.

You're a stronger person than myself. Btw when is neweggs black friday? Or is cyber monday better for laptops? I might be getting an msi since they have the 5870 graphics card in it which is pro if I can get a sick deal on it.

my hands get water logged extremely ez .. causing painful pruning and inevitable dry skin on my hands ..

is this related to a potential inability to retain moisture ??

possibly from lack of essential oils ??
