Yeah it does wonders for people with kidney disease. The mechanism of kidney disease is your own bodies immune system is attacking the organs because of an allergic reaction. The allergic reaction causes an inflammation that damages kidney tissue, and is always caused by an unknown agent in the food we consume. Once you get kidney disease it is never cured, and more and more children today are getting it.
I went on a 2 week fast before when my kidney disease was getting really bad. I was puffy all over the body and face because of water retention that my kidneys couldnt clean. After the fast, my hypertension blood pressure dropped from 150/100 to 120/80, the blood in my urine dissappeared, and the protein lvl in my urine dropped a lot as well.
All these bads things are back now, and its hard to be motivated to go on another fast

still .. 10 days seems like quite a stretch ..
but if youve done it before and it helped .. then dont mind me ..
seems like you could do less stressful things such as reduced certain elements from your diet one at a time ..
see if you can isolate problem foods ..
or just go on more frequent but shorter cleanse periods ..
rather than let the problem build up and do a drastic cleanse ..
