Bleh oops! Haven't had a soda in so long I forget. But yeah they still have aspartame and artificial sweeteners which is just as bad/worse than hfcs so not fail. Not to mention diet soda has been shown to increase your cravings for sweets and majority of people who drink diet soda are guess what? Obese. Just drink water! It's the best possible thing you can drink. I always drink at least 1 gallon a day since i'm very active. Downside is you need to pee every 15 mins.
I drink diet soda alot, it's my vice lol. But artificial sweeteners have been proven to have negative effects on mice and it was like thousands upon thousands of servings nothing serious has been reported in humans yet so that's just a myth imo.
When I drink Soda I don't crave more sweets lol so w/e and I'm 6'2" 220, I was 200 before I blew out my knees
