inv was tons of 3/life/ar(or other variations), lifer scs and anything else i found that i needed like max/ar etc etc.

max zeal, sacrifice, resist lightning and fanat. rest i put into blessed aim, salvation doesn't add enough to warrant using it imo. with fanat maxed you get max ias or the bp right before it with ettin axe and you hit hard. I couldn't solo ubers but i never died to them however i had a smiter for them anyways. I used him for baal/chaos walks.

Why arachs as belt when u use fort as armor? Just for the 1 skill? Id use SoE over Arach any day. Also I wouldnt use bk, but a dual leech ring (or atleast ML) instead.

You are talking about the other kind of stacking, with merc and shit. Yes. Thats patched.

This isnt about that. This is just having 2x dream (shield and helm), each offers lvl 15 holy shock. Using it together will result in a lvl 30 holy shock aura. This still works. (Same with dual dragon+hoj)
