depends on what you plan on doing the most with it.

for those who tpk and nva alot a fhr jewel with fire / lite or all res in it. rep is nice too.

Ok, I've got most of the gear to give this a try, but I'm curious, would you rather have a rare 15 res, 7FHR with other mods in the circlet and/or the Kiras? Or is the 30ColdRes/7FHR the main way to go?

with white, arach u will have less life, less dr..
dungo gives 40 vit non bo
coa gives + bo lvl
and u can use one more 45 lifer pb sk instead of fhr

But we've talked about this, and like you said coa is the more used / cheaper method.

one sc is all you use not a 12 fhr gc.

I was referring to the shako set vs barbs.

Vs smiters and zons how ever I use the coa arach white set for the damage.

My White Wand is perf, but it doesn't have Lower Resist, it has Decrepify. Do you feel Decrepify is BM (US East) and maybe I should trade for a LR White?

Lr only helps a necro in tpk.

Decrep depending on who you are dueling on nl can be gm or bm. On ladder it is bm.
