One thing about GM smiter/vt rules on my realm is that with holy freeze, u can simply flash it on some aggressive "upcharging smiter" then rock them in a straight up smite fest.

Vt vs vt is great because to be the best, u must be able to balance aggressive and defensive play.


i am about to start an east iso for stuff to make a vT.

When why not go fortitude? and nigma just for WW away chars. LOL. And add another wisp,raven, dwarf cuz with 1 wisp+tgods fc zons can still hit O_o

if you're dueling an fc zon, tgods + wisp + lite aura is PLENTY, especially because fc doesnt land (often) when you are charging.

There really isn't much I would change. Over here we have a rare amulet called "armageddon slippers" that offers the following stats:

+2 pal skills
+20 str
+17 dex
+59life
+58mana
+20 all res

Its been calculated to provide the most overall hp boost. Not to mention the huge stat bonuses allowing for u to use COA.

Otherwise, the ring choice is all up to personal preference. Top vt's use frost+bk or dual bks. The latter providing more flexibility for a wisp/dwarf/fcr ring but less life.

Otherwise, the guide is dead on with what a vt requires. U can switch in a coa/spirit ST/arach or whatnot if ur dueling other classes or pubbing

1) the OP didnt list light res aura as a choice(lol)
2) What if there are multiple bmers and u want to use lets say salvation(blizz+fc zon lets say)
3)Bullshit, charged strike is so gay and buggy EVERY 1 of those blots hits u for like 14k dmg, like 2343243dmg, and hits quite often in middle of charge
4)I 've faced,killed more hackers than u in ur whole d2 career
