Synonym, plz tell me what "budget" is in your opinion so I can switch Skill GCs to lower Life and downgrade Rares/Crafts so we can actually compare builds.
Screen DMG seems low, would be higher with 3/20/2 instead of Griffon's + would save some stat points with a second socket, but effective DMG/Killspeed would be lower ofc.

I hope a level 94 can fit this as well.

Sockets and %DR are?
Are the skillers clean?
Small charms are?

@Budget.. IMO a PvM character should not exceed 200-300 FG.

Skillers aren't clean ofc (all have Life), same goes for SCs (plain 20 Life SCs, no MF, no Res), DR = 35% from SS (could add a "Ber" if I used 2sox Circ, sockets are rare jewels (-Req., Dex on SS; Dex and Str on others, 7 FHR on all).

Tell me what you would consider affordable budget-wise and I will downgrade the items and upload new pic with new stats.
Because ImO 20 Life SCs (plain) are ok, and some Life on the skillers would be okay as well... but I don't know what you think about that all...

Reaches 86 FHR btw. (30 + 30 + 3x7 jewels + 1x5 SC)

From first-hand experience, it's much much too unsure AND expensive to rely on a 17% fcr +2 sorc crafted ammy. On ehcl right now, I believe there's only 1.

It's my opinion that all builds will have to be built around no fcr on an ammy, or a rare +2/10fcr.
I still feel the builds I mentioned are very viable for it's cost/efficiency ratio. Getting 2 or 3 fhr lit skillers is fairly easy to do to get either the 20 or 30% fhr bp's (though, no fhr is truely necessary)

Yes, indeed your builds are my favorite at the moment, but if aneas can explain how to reach at least 2.4k HP (Taking down 300 from 'Perfects' to decent items) with his current stats, I'd like to see that.

He used moderate lifer gcs and plain 20 small charms

If the skillers = 20-30 life they should be ~35-40fg each
20 lifer sc = 10-15 each

fhr/str/dex jewels -- very rare, no duped jewels on ehcl, expensive

imo, the gear should be able to be assembled from 1 days worth of trading. That puts lifer gc's and special rare jewels completely out of the question.
