yes, the guide could use a small upgrade! like Hoto as A weapon
and the magic absorb from oath, may not work vs fire-cold-light!

also i have some verry special stashed gear atm!
liget invisibility! makes my sorc hide in the dark, when needed!

El rune sure is great! can give great powers, for the invisible setup!
And if my targets use El-shako, it will help them!

I know you have probably done this yourself, but here are the max. possible # Reduce numbers for 1 char:

MDR -->

184

2x 15 Dwarfstar
1x 15 String of Ears
1x 27 Artisan's Diadem + 6 MDR + 3x Mal
1x 21 Natalya's Armor + 3x Mal
1x 15 Natalya's Boots (don't have own MDR, but give Set Bonus of 15 together with Armor)
1x 10 Crescent Moon Amu
1x 34 Jeweler's Monarch 6 MDR + 4x Mal
1x 2 Crafted Gloves
2x 15 Oath Absorb

Also, Nat's offer max. 75% PLR, which is nice to have^^

if you use that gear! i have just 2k mana or so!
but lets sy, frostburn-sojs i keep!
made a mistake in the guide, magic absorb oath not works vs elemantals, still it will have 2times more effect as mdr vs hammers/bone
so 184-15-15-2-15-15 = 122 mdr vs heavy firesorces/light sorces
could be fun!
(but overall when it comes to dueling heavy sorces it come more to mana, then to mdr)
(stil some switching could allow to get more mdr, and duel baba ow/firesorc team at ones more ezz)
