Cows got annihilated in 1.11, I never had any succes in 1.11, but blizz sorc is a good char for cows. just ice blast the first ones and drop a blizz and they're probably dead

Spirit monarch=150ish str, where does this come from?

Have to waste all those points?

Besides getting the str from wearing the war travs, 20anni, 20torch, you will have to invest into str to wear spirit monarch (156str req)
Anyway, using Spirit outways the str points used when you are creating an Mf Sorc, you benefit with life/mana/resis/skills/fcr.
