Another question - why you use highlords with forti setup and angelics with shaft setup - maybe because forti is dmg based setup so highlords is more suitable - but i think angelics may still be better with fortitude too - maybe im wrong?

The setup you said is an option since you get more ar from hsarus set than from a visionary and get a nice def boost usually, you just lose out on 15% ds so you just have the 66 from edc or 0 with ebotdz.
If going that route where you don't want to cham something, imo you should go with a fool's using highlord's and dual ravens. Edc is awesome, and so is ebotdz, but the loss of AR really hurts, especially if the other zealot is higher in level.
Dunno how I feel about hsrus'. The 200+ defense on the belt makes up for not using an up'd gore (the defense is better actually), but you lose DR, life, defense overall, and all the good mods on gores.
The one thing about zeal vs. zeal is that it comes down to experimentation, experience, and personal preference.
Most zealots, if not all, have more than one set-up. Sometimes your stash is so full you run out of room and have to use a merc to hold extra gear!
Things I would like to see added are non-tap builds, more discussion of rare weapons (fool's or just those crazy ones with massive ed), and different charm set-ups (i.e. 10/75/45's, 132/45's, etc.)
