i built that one with very basic amu/boots and lvl 95, and my stats differ ALOT from yours...

amu is 2sk 20fc 20mana, boots are 5%max 50mana, so basically easy to get for everyone




it should be right, normally i dont make mistakes with hero, but well, noones perfect ofc.
the stats are fine for this budget, but the dmg is lol with precast...
fire res suck too...
