I guess it is harder to pick out sarcasm in writing.
All you need to do is get on the same screen as them and chainlock them. It is the same vs any range elemental attack, you can not teleport next to them and expect to not get put into block/dodge lock. You need to chainlock them get the jump on them.

24fhr from belt + 46fhr charms + 10 fhr from boots

then where i get 6 more fhr

Also 15ias from ss + 15ias from griffon + 40ias from jav + 20ias from glove + 20 from ammy

it's already 15 over ias from breakpoint of 95ias

i think better put 7fhr +8dex +8str jewel on griffon

You actually have 20% more ias then you need. If you look at my gear setups, you only need the 20ias from ammy for using a 20/20 monarch. I also think you are going to need the res from griffon. If your using ss, then you want a 14%+ fcr/2skill/stats/life/mana/res ammy.

i should say this, i think this is a great guide and very spot on for a CS/LF zon and im glad there arent the letters F or C anywhere near each other in it

I am working through a set of videos right now to show some dueling tactics. Only problem is that I am in pub game so I am dueling more then 1 person at a time.

If you wear that playing legit, you would get run over bad by most players. The key to legit cs/lf is mobility. Not only do you lose your teleport but 45%frw. I don't think it is a good option except vs other javazons.
