would it be better to use mana boots with high mana/psn res ?

and also i plan on using a 3/20/10/-10 circ caus it gives more dmg then griffs and ima sheal my vmage

Yea, you can use those boots but nothing compares to psn resist that treks give. A 3/20/2 might give more damage but griffons is better due to more -xx% enemy lightning resistance.

seems like sacraficing Magefist+Soj for Frosty+ FCR mana ring makes more sense here. you are sacraficing just 1 skill point for a ton of mana+ resist/stats if the ring is GG. the 1 skill point will cost you im guessing like 100 damage at most, and like you said ES/Nova sorc is not really about damage.l

Correct. Only reason I used magefists and soj was because I had gotten Fletch on nonladder. During ladder I was looking for a legit 2 sorc, 10% fcr, strength and mana amulet.
I told myself if I couldn't find that I would probably use maras or a 2 sorc, strength, mana and life amulet and then use 2x 10% fcr/strength/mana rings.

All that really matters on this type of sorc is hitting 105% fcr breakpoint and as much as possible -xx% enemy lightning resistance with decent mana of course.

really nice guide, i only have 1 question...the -xx% enemy res, is this amount reduced in pvp or does it totaly effect on each hit u do?

what mana u have whit bo?

and dmg with nova?

if ure using clean sks and some mana sc will it work anyway

I didn't use a cta seeing how I team dueled. With friends bo I had 3,500+ mana. My nova damage was 2,700 with bo.
I'm sure it will work out just fine with plain skillers and some mana small charms. Life isn't a big deal, but more the better it is.
