Okay so I'm following this build (I'm new to D2) but I'm having some trouble.

Each level should I put 2 in STR and 3 in Vitality or something else?

I'm level 9 and currently have points in:

Warmth
Static Field
Telekenesis
Frozen Armour
1 in each blizz prereqs (excluding glacial spike)

How should I continue distributing my points from here? I have a few saved because I don't know what to do with them.

In addition... how do I level and progress fast? Just by playing through the game normally as fast as I can?

Why is this guide called full tal sorc.. yet yoou dont use tals shield?

You should use an infinity merc, add no cold mastery (get it from orb), and hybridize with another tree IMO.

Since when were people going pvp with tals set?

Tal set is instant give away that it is for pvm...

Full tal vita fber isn't bad for svs

Naw, pvp is fun with tals set too.
