Yea Defiance Is abonus but its not needed because its an uber smiter not PvP

I find not sense in that whatsoever as 1 point (+sk items ofc) is doing the job very well. You just ruin the pala built with that.

I use my pala in uber tristram.
So hammers wont need Mercs,

And I find it very usefull besides this Smiter is only for ubers,
So there are realy 20 points that I dont need,

Only izual is making some troubles because of the mages with Iron meidan but, you just need to find the spot and start smite him
