LWZ and botdz can work, the only problem dealing with ubers is that you will have to repair multiple times. Death is good instead of botdz if you need to for the fanaticism until you can get a merc faith. Once you have your merc faith you can change it out to something else. I this time, 6 months later (now), made a pb frenzy barb and haven't fully tested him yet but he's pretty powerful with merc with faith/fort/andy helm and me with botd cb and grief pb at the moment. Which I will change and try out the lw pb once I find one. Sometimes your merc can be weak with fortitude armor though so she just needs a stronger armor like coh or a bugged fort or eth shaft. She's generally a beast though, and she raises the dead with her bow. Anyway, the whole reason I tried to get phase blades this time is they are the fastest hitting sword and I get the fanatacism and massive attack speeds from grief and botd pb's and if I fight an uber I can do it solo and would have to repair 3 times with axe. Plus faster hits would be preferred to me in the long run pvm than damage a small amount of damage. And if the boss is too strong my gores would cb him due to the fact I hit him so much, and if necessary pull out the last wish and go to town with fanat + frenzy attack speeds.

Hey I'm new here. Is axes better than swords for a frenzy barb? There seems to be a lot more choices for swords since all can dual-wield.

-50% physical resistanbces is better than a faith bowie.....

grief and death can be brought to 5 fpa with sowrds
death beats the crap out of botd and lw on any day of the week
so does grief

What are the differences in speed, damage, and range? i know that there are differences, I'm just asking if anyone knows what exactly they are. Thanks

If i use swords, would it the rest of the gear be the same exept for 2x Ebotdcb ?

if you want to loose massive damage, sure go for botd but it`s pretty much pointless to use botd since death and grief are around

but hey, even schaeffers+lash beat botd

ba is used in PvP mainly because of range 3, otherwise.. pb is faster, needs less ias if one uses the left hand bug but has range 2
damage is pretty much the same

ias is a bit tricky because it depends on the baseweapons of the rw and what other items you wear
