Putting together the gear for this right now, Just wondering how necessary is having an infinity merc?

Is your damage pure light?

Would seem more fun to me if i wasnt just a light sorc but being melee.

I'd prefer a rogue merc if this is pure pvm.

infinity mercs aren't REQUIRED...but they help break light immunes and lower other monsters resistances, so you kill a lot faster... The damage is mostly light, maybe 5k fire and 1-2k physical... This build could still be effective pvm without a merc, but it would make it a lot harder to kill an immune...especially if you encounter fire/light immune...

ty for giving me the idea to make zeal sorc ver fun...currently hit 35k zeal or so..just need gcs pretty much.. will hit 1.1klife/2k bo w/o lifers with my gear ..with charms i hope for 2k/2.5-3k still not sure if ill use mana/lifeor ar/life as i am at 8k ar no prebuff

wow this kids obviously horrible at PvP I had a wellare geared Pvp sorc and killed 2x of the top BvC on east while they bmed game you couldnt be more wrong But I do have a huge problem with ar and hiting pallys, ne idea I use gelics amy/ring and 1x P raven i have 10k ar not really buffing chant will fire mastery add dmg/ ar ?!?

yo i have a question....im confused as to why u zea linstead of get beast go bear and get a shaeled pb and go spal ppl at a decent speed rather then slow slow zeaL

If you are bear you can't tele or cast a single spell.

if u r a sorc u zeal slow as shit
prolly have 63 fcr which is just worthless in pvp

Good for you. I've never personally tried a bear, but I've seen them do well. Maybe I'll give it a shot some time. But as far as my zeal being slow, you are VERY wrong. Sorces can attack very quickly and be effective with zeal. Being in bear form would be a pain to not use any spells. I guess it's personal preference, and from my experience with a zeal sorc, they are very effective and fun to play!
