Oh crap, my sodium intake has been so high because I buy a large fries every day at school and drop 4 salt packets on them lol. Sugars I generally avoid because they make me sick. I'll try to eat more of those things you listed! I'm not aiming to be buffed or toned, i just wanna lose all this fat!

Yeah fries in general are bad too lol. Avoid sodium like aids.

In not too long from going to gym couple times a week (3 times max since lazy). Diff angles I know but oh well :)

To cut bf% just do a lot of cardio ie insanity.



There's no secret I just don't eat that terrible and go to the gym when I feel like it  :P I do have a pro workout routine though and am going to start going a lot so I can get bigger. I'm also iso a tan atm.

Fixed ;)

But ya I was D3 freshman year of highschool then I played rugby for 3 years and got to C3, but when I blew out my knees I slipped back to D3 but I cut my eating amount down so I got back to C3 atm :)

best weapon i can imagine is a 450 ed 300 ar 40 ias eth rep 2os zerker ..

makes you wanna slap yur momma ..

i can only imagine the upper dmg on scourge with these stats tho :drool:

and with scourge you could wear rends + angelics with tap .. where with the zerker you would need ias gloves with angelics ..

LOL i eat 1+ table spoons of salt every day, thats on top of what comes in my food.

However, i am medically diagnosed with low blood pressure and have to eat insane amount of salt per Doctors orders ;)
