Had a couple permutations, but there are two primary setups:

15/40 in Arioc's, then 2x 15/40s + Cham in Circlet when the timer is low (30-40s)
15/40 in Arioc's 3x 40ED/30goldfind jewels when the timer is longer (50-60s)

There's also the option of using 15/40 in Arioc's + Cham'd GFace (5 attacks per second, very high DPS, CBF)

If you're using eBOTD WP, it's the same options since you're looking to break 80IAS.
GFace on eBOTD gets weird unless you're going 15/40 in GFace with a Giant Thresher

There's also a pretty GG option, where you substitute CoH/Fort with a 4os 24FHR armor on the Merc, for insane socketables

Cham'd GFace
24FHR 4os Archon Plate with 1x 15IAS/15@ Jewel, 1x 7FHR/AllRes Jewel (GG Rare even), and you have 2 flex jewel slots for what you want most. Can be ED/Goldfind Jewels, or GG Rare Jewels with 30ED/40Damage to Demons, etc.

This setup hits 5.56 attacks per second + the broken high 60FHR breakpoint, max resists (not overcapped sadly), Cannot be Frozen, etc.

Technically you can replace the GFace with a 3os Circlet of Balance (or Lamprey if you want the LL) and use:

eBOTD Giant Thresher
3os Circlet of Balance (10FHR)
24FHR 4os Archon Plate
Socketables: 2x 15IAS/15@ Jewels, 4x 15IAS/40ED Jewels + 1 Cham Rune

This hits 6.25 hits per second (LOL wtf) + the 30FHR breakpoint, max resists, and CBF. Your life leech comes from eBOTD.

Overall, there's just a lot of fun shit you can do with Merc setups.
The cheapest way to break DPS thresholds is always GFace, but you'll need to mix & match jewels/armor to figure out what you like most.

Actually how useful is CBF and FHR on merc? My Merc is currently on Ebotd warpike, Fort and Andy Ral'd / rare vision ll fres circlet. My Ebotd has bad rolls so I believe there is a lot of room to improve my setup. But those jewels gonna cost me a bomb. I could prolly make do with 15ias/3x ED to cut down on my cost, but 15/15 or 7/15 gonna cost a bomb.

I'm not exactly sure how much improvement does visionary mods have on the merc ( Tried it on d2planner and the difference is less than 2k dps iirc ), Would you ever consider a visionary 2os LL circlet?

Yeah I'd use Viso 2os LL if I had it. It's like a mini demon limb; ideally you'd want some degenerate shit like these ISOs I had a while ago: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=90117341

CBF is very close to Half Freeze Duration on Mercs, so you could also just use a 3os Half Freeze Duration to free up a Cham if you need the 3rd socket for something else.
FHR can be a big deal, sort of; think of it as pseudo-IAS, since the Merc springs back into action faster. You won't notice much of a difference before 30FHR though, which is why people swear by GFace. I think going the extra mile with a 24FHR armor + 7FHR is worthwhile if you're going to focus on that.

Overall though, you're ALWAYS going to overkill Trav. By a lot. Just pick what you think is fancier.

I'm a big fan of a simple Arioc's 15/40 / CoH + either 15/40 Andy's, custom 3os circlets or Cham'd GFace.

Getting my hands on a 4/227 eth arioc later. Ima socket it with 40/15.

I wondering comparing a arioc vs a ebotd warpike, at which point does arioc surpass ebotd? Basing on my currently setup and my theoretical setup with arioc, the dps difference seems to be really minimal, and in certain case the warpike exceed. ( Im using a 361ed ebotd )

there is essentially no difference in DPS, but what happens in practice is that Arioc's tends to be burstier due to the fact that it's faster + can streak Deadly Strikes. This can often mean a council member doesn't get to heal.

Makes sense... sometimes I didn't notice the council was healing while I was getting distracted by netflix or something and the fight last forever lmao.

In that case i'ma try out arioc ( socketed with ias/ed demon/ar demon ), cham gface and COH. But I gonna lose a ton of life steal and I have being playing with ebotd andy setup for quite awhile, sounds dangerous lmao
