From my experience, I hit a lot more often with -25% def and 18k ar, versus -0% target def and 22k ar.


EDIT: This is on targets with 55k defense avg.

Yeah same. I also always hit more often with edc (-33%) than with a botd.

Yeah, I've tested it so much that it got to the point where I wouldn't use a fools weapon unless I could socket it with an eth rune lol.

the whole reason this debate started ..

i have tested etheth ..

i just dont notice any more hit% over LoLo ..

and i should .. without a doubt i should if its working .. and working in the same way as edc ..

but yeah that goes back to what i was sayingto meaty ..

he suggested that melee is so random you just cant tell if it works or not ..

but ofc you can tell .. look at edc ..

well .. you can tell so long as its working ..

imo it doesnt work pvp ..

either that or it works differently .. ie it only removes from base defense AFTER ed% is applied ..

plus i use 2 os cruel ..

ezier to tell with cruel than with 1os fools or even 2os fools ..

cuz once you get to a certain point you get a sort of diminishing return on ar ..

but me going from 16k ar no eth .. to 16k eth eth .. should be immediately noticable ..

going from 22k no eth to 22k eth eth is less noticable ..

but even then it should be noticable ..

however .. going from 22k ar no eth to 22k ar eth is gonna be hard to tell .. even if the eth is working ..

clearest picture is when using a cruel weapon so that your ar is low and the impact of 2x eth will become apparent ..
