Assuming you can get fanaticism and maybe even concentration, what gear would you use on your merc?
I also don't understand how damage to demons work, testing with the d2planner, chains of honor doesn't seem much better than fortitude although it shatters bodies sometimes.

I was wondering how does visionary mods vs flat ar increase on a helm compares for merc, im trying to find a rare circlet with 2os to socket ed/ed demon jewels with visionary and fire resist rolls, wondering if tats a good idea vs andariel visage. I was wondering about 2x ias jewel with ed/ed demon to hit bp

My previous gf barb runs on 9fcr due to amulet, im thinking if investing in a circlet/amulet for 37fcr would actually improve the run experience due to faster teleporting, faster amplify damage and faster hork casting. ( But my GF % might drop as those items with all the ideals gf rolls gonna cost a bomb )

It's an interesting build. I been playing it for a while now and in the phase of testing random Merc builds. If you are just getting in, i suggest going the ebotd+fort variant since those items are much easier to sell compared to stuff like needle and eth coh. Your non-merc item should be very cheap and cost less than 300fg not counting tele ammy. Tele Ammy can cost anywhere between 100 to 500 fg. I would aim for a budget one with 50+ gf and tele which should be less than 200 fg. In total, a really good basic build should run less than 1.5k fg

I always gamble coronets but usually at the end i have around 100-150k gold ill gamble a few rings or amulets

gambled 3 amulets at the end tonight and one ended up being a 25 maras lol

nothing crazy but rare af to gamble maras im sure

I'm thinking of using this helm to combo with my botd coh setup , artisan tiara of lamprey ( 8ll 3 os ) with Cham + 2x Ias demon ed jewel.

This setup allows me to have excessive life leech and I could possibly swap to an arioc needle. Ill also have CBF, and more ED but ill lose out of +2 skills and 20str from andy ( haven't do the math on how much difference is it )

It works totally fine; I personally use CoH for the life leech alone and use a 3os of Wealth instead of Lamprey (80%GF).

Ah 3os of wealth sounds good, what crazy jewel do you have in them?
